PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The NANPU 3/8" NPT Air Filter, Regulator & Lubricator (FRL) Combo is a three-part system designed to optimize your air supply. The filter removes liquid and solid particles, the self-relieving pressure regulator adjusts the outlet pressure, and the lubricator provides oil to air tools, extending their lifespan.

PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES: The original packaging, including a foam box, ensures the product's protection during transit. Additional accessories, such as air couplers, plugs, thread seal tape, and fittings, are provided for convenient installation.

INSTALLATION AND OPERATION: Preparation: - Ensure the assembly meets the maximum flow requirement. - Clean the port and fittings before installation to avoid dust contamination. - Verify the direction of airflow and thread size compatibility.

Pressure Adjustment: - Pull up the pressure gauge knob and rotate it clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease. - Lock the knob in place after reaching the desired pressure to prevent leaks.

Dial Reading: - Ensure the pressure gauge is securely installed and observe the smooth rise and fall of the reading during pressure adjustment.

Drainage: - The automatic drain will expel condensation when there is no pressure and close during airflow. - Periodically drain the bowl when the water level exceeds the upper limit to maintain dehumidification efficiency.

Oil Adjustment: - Rotate the needle valve clockwise to increase the oil flow rate, and counterclockwise to slow or stop the flow.

Refueling: - Rotate the refueling screw clockwise to add oil, ensuring the level does not exceed 80% of the bowl capacity. - Tighten the refueling screw after completing the process.
